A commission punishes a good week. A flat fee does not. That is the entire pricing philosophy.

Everything. There is no second tier.
Multi-location support is the one thing still in the works. Everything else on this list is live today and included at this price.
What a commission actually costs.
A marketplace at 22% against a $49 flat fee, by weekly revenue. The gap is the part you keep.
| Weekly revenue | Marketplace at 22% | Provn | Kept per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| $1,000 | −$880 / mo | −$49 / mo | $831 |
| $2,500 | −$2,200 / mo | −$49 / mo | $2,151 |
| $5,000 | −$4,400 / mo | −$49 / mo | $4,351 |
| $10,000 | −$8,800 / mo | −$49 / mo | $8,751 |
Illustrative, using a four-week month and a 22% commission — real marketplace rates range from roughly 15% to 30% depending on the plan and whether delivery is included. Stripe processing and courier fees apply on both sides and are excluded from both columns.
The three things we don't bill you for.
These go to Stripe, to Uber and to your registrar. Provn takes no margin on any of them.
Stripe processing
Stripe's standard Canadian rate on each transaction, charged by Stripe directly. Provn adds nothing on top.
Uber Direct couriers
The live quote for the distance, at cost. You decide whether the customer pays it, you absorb it, or you split it.
Your domain
Bought from whichever registrar you like, usually around $20 a year. Provn does not resell domains.
The fine print, in plain words.
When does billing start?
After your first paid order. Building a storefront, loading a menu and testing checkout in Stripe's test mode all cost nothing.
What if I close for the season?
Suspend the storefront and pause billing. Your menu, customers and order history are waiting when you reopen.
Is there a contract?
No. It is month to month, cancelled from your dashboard, and you can export your menu and customer list on the way out.
What about a second location?
Multi-location is not shipped yet. Today a second location means a second storefront and a second subscription — get in touch and we'll talk.
Do you take a cut of tips?
No. Tips go to you in full, through the same Stripe payout as the order.
Will the price go up?
Early access pricing is locked for accounts that start on it. If the list price rises later, yours does not.
