Now onboarding restaurants across Canada

Your restaurant. Your customers. Your margin.

Provn gives you a branded ordering site, a kitchen console that runs the day, Stripe payments and on-demand delivery — without handing 15–30% of every order to a marketplace.

The problem

Marketplaces rent you your own customers.

They own the app, the customer list, the reviews and the relationship. You get the kitchen work and a smaller cheque. Provn flips that: the storefront is yours, the customer data is yours, and the only thing between you and the money is Stripe.

Your domain, your branding — no Provn logo on your storefront
Customer phone numbers and order history stay in your account
Payouts land in your bank through your own Stripe account
Export your menu and customers whenever you like
On a $2,000 week
Marketplace at 22%−$440
Provn flat fee−$49
Kept per month$1564

Illustrative. Stripe processing and any delivery fees are passed through at cost on both sides of the comparison.

Everything included

Six tools, one subscription.

Storefront, menu builder, payments, delivery, notifications and reporting — all speaking to each other, all in one place.

Storefront that looks like you

Five layouts from fine-dining to fast-casual, your palette, your fonts, your photos. Point your own domain at it and Provn disappears.

How it works

Four steps from signup to first ticket.

1

Create your account

Email and password, or your Google account. No sales call, no demo booking.

2

Walk the wizard

Business details, address, subdomain, theme, branding, hours and Stripe. Saved as you go — leave and come back.

3

Load your menu

Build it in the editor or import a spreadsheet with photo URLs. Modifier groups reuse across items.

4

Open for orders

Share the link, print the QR code, and watch the first ticket land on the console.

Delivery

Couriers arrive when the food does.

A driver called at order time stands in your kitchen watching the fryer. Provn dispatches at the moment you mark food ready — which is also what makes scheduling a 7pm delivery at 2pm work properly.

From the kitchen

Why restaurants switch.

We were paying more in commission than in rent. Moving our regulars to our own site paid for the year in the first month.
Owner, independent Indian restaurant

The kitchen tablet is the part that sold my staff. One tap per order, no dialogs, no training day.
General manager, two-location pizzeria

Scheduled orders were the thing marketplaces never got right for us. Catering pickups now just appear on the console at the right hour.

Pricing

One flat fee. Keep every dollar you earn.

The more you sell, the more the maths favours you — which is the opposite of how a commission works.

Unlimited orders and unlimited menu items
Stripe processing at Stripe's standard rates

Questions

The ones we get most.

Do I need a website already?

No. Provn is the website. You get a provn.app subdomain immediately and can point your own domain at it whenever you like.

What happens to my existing customers?

They order from your link instead of an app. Their phone number and order history live in your account from the first order onward.

Can I take orders without offering delivery?

Yes. Pickup-only is a supported setup, and you can switch delivery on later without touching your menu.
